LED poster rental with a crew, NYC metro and New England
Same posters we sell, delivered and set up by the production crew behind Outside the Box. Rent them for one event, or rent once and buy the fleet when the math tips.

Not every event justifies owning a screen, and not every buyer wants to learn a new piece of gear the week of the show. Our rental posters arrive with a crew from 4Life Entertainment, the touring production company behind Outside the Box. They set the units, load the content, run them through the event, and take them away, with the rest of the production available from the same truck: lighting, audio, staging, and larger video walls.
The units are the same SP Series and FD Series posters we sell. They stand alone as signage or lock together into a wall behind a stage, and the crew handles the linking so the client never touches a setting. Because they run on standard outlets and wheeled bases, they go into rooms that could never host a truss-hung wall.
Rental is also the honest way to try before buying. A venue or planner that rents for a season usually learns exactly how many units they would use every week, and we quote the purchase against that.
How it goes
Date, venue, how many units, and what runs on them.
Units, transport, and staffing as visible lines, so you see the whole number.
Delivered, placed, linked, content loaded, and staffed through the event.
Units leave with the crew. If you want to keep them, we talk about that.
Questions we get
Where do you rent?
The NYC metro area and New England from our warehouse in Easthampton, Massachusetts, and further by arrangement.
Does rental include a technician?
Yes. Our production crew delivers, sets, runs, and strikes the units. Client-run rentals are available for simple setups.
Can we rent a full video wall too?
Yes. The same crew rents and installs stage video walls, lighting, and audio for events.
Can a rental turn into a purchase?
Often. Renting for a season is the best way to learn how many units you would actually use, and we quote the purchase against that.
How much, and how soon?
Tell us how many, where it is going, and when you need it. We come back with a package price and a delivery date.
