Solutions

Sold, installed & serviced

Most companies sell you a box. We own the whole outcome — sourcing, install, content, and service under one American roof, with touring-grade discipline behind every pixel.

01 · Spec

We size the wall to your space, viewing distance, and show — the right pitch, not the most expensive one.

02 · Supply

Factory-direct panels at direct pricing, made-to-spec or pulled from growing US inventory.

03 · Install

Rigging, power, processing, and commissioning by a crew that does this on tour, not on paper.

04 · Support

US-based 2-year warranty, spares, content help, and a number that reaches a real person.

Installation

How an install actually runs

Most walls come together the same way, in four moves. We scale our share of it to what your team already has. If you have a contractor and hands on site, we direct and they build. If you would rather hand off the whole display scope, we can carry it.

01 · Frame

The structure goes up first, built by a licensed contractor to drawings and a materials list we provide.

02 · Hang

Cabinets go on row by row. Our tech directs and signs off each row before the next one starts.

03 · Wire

Power, data, and processing are pulled and terminated by our tech, not shared out.

04 · On air

Mapping, calibration, content check, and hands-on training with your team before we leave.

What we handle

  • +Cabinet layout drawings and a materials list for your contractor
  • +Directing the hang, with row-by-row sign-off as it goes up
  • +All display wiring, data runs, and processor configuration
  • +Mapping, calibration, and color matching across the surface
  • +Commissioning, content check, and a live test before handoff
  • +Hands-on training and a troubleshooting walkthrough with your team

What stays on your side

  • +The structural frame and its engineering, through a licensed contractor
  • +Electrical service to the wall location, and any permits the building requires
  • +Hang-day hands if your crew is sharing the lift
  • +Final trim, patch, and cleanup around the finished wall

Structural framing and any permits stay with a licensed contractor and the building. That is a choice about liability, not a limit on what we do. Ask and we will quote the full display-side scope including the hang crew.

Service & Support

The part that starts after the invoice

A wall is a five to ten year asset. What matters over that life is who picks up the phone and whether a dead module means a repair or a replacement. Every wall we sell carries the following, at no added cost.

+
2-year US warranty
Defect coverage with module service and repair handled in the United States, backed by our team.
+
On-site commissioning
Install, integration, and a live test before anyone calls it finished.
+
Training at handoff
A working session with your operators, plus a troubleshooting walkthrough.
+
Direct support line
A phone number that reaches a person who knows your wall, through install and after.
+
Remote diagnostics
Our team can see what the wall sees, from the first call.
+
Spare parts on your shelf
Spare modules and a complete spare cabinet, so a repair is not a freight delay.
+
Documentation and guides
Written and video material your operations team can actually use.

Optional ongoing care

Two annual plans extend that baseline for teams who would rather not think about the wall at all. Both are quoted against the size and use of your install, and a full service agreement accompanies either one.
