Installation
How an install actually runs
Most walls come together the same way, in four moves. We scale our share of it to what your team already has. If you have a contractor and hands on site, we direct and they build. If you would rather hand off the whole display scope, we can carry it.
The structure goes up first, built by a licensed contractor to drawings and a materials list we provide.
Cabinets go on row by row. Our tech directs and signs off each row before the next one starts.
Power, data, and processing are pulled and terminated by our tech, not shared out.
Mapping, calibration, content check, and hands-on training with your team before we leave.

Service & Support
The part that starts after the invoice
A wall is a five to ten year asset. What matters over that life is who picks up the phone and whether a dead module means a repair or a replacement. Every wall we sell carries the following, at no added cost.
Optional ongoing care
Two annual plans extend that baseline for teams who would rather not think about the wall at all. Both are quoted against the size and use of your install, and a full service agreement accompanies either one.

For teams with capable in-house people who want us on call and looking in regularly.
