Rhode Island is a small state with a lot of rooms that need a screen: colleges, a convention center, waterfront venues, and a wedding business that runs all summer. All of it is under two hours from our warehouse.
Providence has the convention center, Brown, RISD, Providence College, a downtown that fills for events, and Newport's wedding and yacht-season venues an hour away. Outside the Box sells LED video walls and freestanding posters for all of it factory-direct with a U.S. warehouse and a two-year U.S.-based warranty, and our production crew installs and commissions them.
Venues and planners usually start with freestanding LED posters: a six-foot screen on a wheeled base that is a welcome sign at the door, a seating chart at cocktail hour, and part of a wall behind the band by night. Colleges and businesses put fine-pitch walls in lobbies and lecture halls. Churches replace projectors with a wall that holds up under stage lighting.
The calculator sizes a wall and gives a range, a rep walks the room, and our crew hangs, wires, and commissions it with a full pixel-map test before handoff. Structure stays with a licensed contractor.

Yes. Viewings are by appointment at our warehouse in Easthampton, Massachusetts, under two hours away.
Do you rent for weddings and events?
Yes. The production company rents and staffs posters, walls, lighting, and audio for events across Rhode Island and New England.
How fast can posters arrive?
When a run is in the warehouse, days. Built-to-order units run roughly seven to eight weeks, confirmed at order.
