This is home. The warehouse is in Easthampton, the crew lives in the valley, and Ryan Seery, our rep for Western Massachusetts, can be in your room this week.

Western Massachusetts is where Outside the Box keeps its product and where our production company is based. The Five Colleges, the MassMutual Center, the Big E, Northampton's music rooms, the Berkshires' summer stages, and a growing downtown Springfield all buy LED, and until now most of it shipped from far away with support on the other end of a phone tree. Ours is on the warehouse floor in Easthampton, by appointment, with a two-year U.S.-based warranty behind it.

Ryan Seery represents us across the region. He walks the room, sizes the wall with the calculator, and hands the quote to us with your name on it. For lobbies and lecture halls, an indoor fine-pitch wall. For churches and venues, a stage wall that holds up under lighting. For storefronts, restaurants, and event spaces, freestanding LED posters that roll in and run from a phone, delivered from the warehouse the same week when a run is on the floor.

Installs are our own crew, the same people who build stages across New England every weekend, with a full pixel-map commissioning before handoff. Structure stays with a licensed contractor.

How it goes

01
Survey and spec

Wall size, viewing distance, and mounting, sized on the calculator and confirmed on site.

02
Frame and hang

Cabinets go on rails or a frame, leveled and locked, with structure by a licensed contractor where needed.

03
Wire and commission

Power, data, processor, and a full pixel-map test before anyone sees content.

04
On air, with training

Your team learns the system at handoff, and our support line stays open after.

Questions we get

Can we see the product before buying?

Yes. The warehouse is in Easthampton and viewings are by appointment. Ryan Seery or Aaron Diamond will meet you there.

Do you cover the Berkshires?

Yes. Pittsfield, Great Barrington, Lenox, and the summer venues along Route 7 are all regular territory.

How fast can posters arrive?

When a run is on the warehouse floor, delivery anywhere in the valley is a matter of days. Built-to-order units run roughly seven to eight weeks.

Do you rent for events?

Yes. The production company rents and staffs walls, posters, lighting, and audio across Western Massachusetts.

How much, and how soon?

Tell us how many, where it is going, and when you need it. We come back with a package price and a delivery date.
