LED video walls in New York City, sold and installed by a production crew
We have hung LED in Manhattan for a decade, from SummerStage to Brooklyn clubs to a ballroom on Sixth Avenue. Now we sell the walls we used to only rent, and we install them ourselves.

New York is where our production company cut its teeth. 4Life Entertainment runs the video, lighting, and staging at Central Park SummerStage and for promoters across the city, and Outside the Box Distribution is the sales side of that work: the same LED walls, sold factory-direct with a U.S. warehouse and a two-year U.S.-based warranty, installed by a crew that already knows the loading docks.
For a lobby, a store, a club, or a house of worship in the city, that means one call covers the survey, the wall sized to the space, the frame, the hang, the wiring, and a full pixel-map commissioning before handoff. Structure stays with a licensed contractor, which in New York usually means we coordinate with the building's own people, and we are used to that.
The freestanding LED posters are the fast option for a Manhattan storefront or an event space with no wall to mount on: they roll in on their own base and run from a phone. For a stage or a permanent outdoor sign, the calculator sizes the wall and we come out to confirm it.
How it goes
Wall size, viewing distance, and mounting, sized on the calculator and confirmed on site.
Cabinets go on rails or a frame, leveled and locked, with structure by a licensed contractor where needed.
Power, data, processor, and a full pixel-map test before anyone sees content.
Your team learns the system at handoff, and our support line stays open after.
Questions we get
Do you install in Manhattan?
Yes. Our crew installs across the five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, and North Jersey, and we coordinate with building management on access and structure.
Can we see the product before buying?
Yes. Product viewings are by appointment at our U.S. warehouse, and for larger walls we can arrange to see one running on a job.
How fast can a wall be on site?
Freestanding posters that are in stock move in days. Built-to-order walls run roughly seven to eight weeks door to door, and we confirm the date in writing at order.
Do you rent as well as sell?
Yes. The production company rents and staffs stage walls, posters, lighting, and audio across the city.
How much, and how soon?
Tell us how many, where it is going, and when you need it. We come back with a package price and a delivery date.
