LED Video Walls for Schools, Gyms & Auditoriums

LED video walls for school gyms, auditoriums, and campus lobbies

One wall in the gym is the scoreboard on Friday, the graduation screen in June, and the assembly backdrop the rest of the year. That is the math that gets it approved.

Schools buy screens one room at a time and end up with a projector in the auditorium, a scoreboard in the gym, and a television on a cart in the lobby, none of which talk to each other. An LED wall does the jobs of all three in whichever room it lives. In a gym it is the scoreboard, the replay screen, the sponsor board, and the stage backdrop for graduation, run from a laptop by whoever has the clicker. In an auditorium it reads under stage lighting where the projector never did. In a lobby it carries announcements on a schedule.

The product depends on the room. A gym wall wants a rugged outdoor-rated or high-brightness panel with a protected face, because balls hit it. An auditorium wants an indoor pitch matched to the distance from the front row. A lobby wants fine pitch, because students walk up to it. The calculator on this site gives a size and a range for each, and the site visit confirms mounting and power.

We quote in whatever format the district or college needs, our terms carry title retention and a written two-year U.S.-based warranty, and our crew installs and commissions the wall during a break in the calendar, with structure staying with a licensed contractor.

How it goes

Your team learns the system at handoff, and our support line stays open after.

Questions we get

Can an LED wall survive a gym?

Yes, with the right panel. A high-brightness or outdoor-rated cabinet with a protected face is built for impact, and modules swap from the front if one ever takes a hit.

Can it be the scoreboard?

Yes. Scoreboard software or a laptop drives the wall through its processor, and the same wall runs video, sponsors, and ceremonies.

How do you work with school purchasing?

We quote in the format the district needs, with a written warranty and title retention, and we schedule installs around the school calendar.

Who runs it day to day?

Whoever runs the room now. It takes the same laptop or switcher feed, and we train the AV lead and the athletic staff at handoff.

How much, and how soon?

Tell us how many, where it is going, and when you need it. We come back with a package price and a delivery date.
