LED video walls on Long Island: venues, showrooms, and catering halls
Catering halls, car dealerships, churches, and clubs from Nassau to the Hamptons. Our reps live here, our crew installs here, and the warehouse is a few hours up the road.

Long Island runs on venues: catering halls that turn over three events a weekend, showrooms on Route 110, churches that outgrew their projectors, and a club scene that expects a real wall behind the booth. Outside the Box sells the LED for all of it factory-direct, with a U.S. warehouse and a two-year U.S.-based warranty, and our production crew installs and commissions it.
For a catering hall or a venue, the usual answer is a permanent stage wall plus a fleet of freestanding posters for the foyer and the seating chart, and the posters lock together into a second wall when a client wants one. For a showroom or a lobby, an indoor fine-pitch wall sized to the space. For a church, a wall that holds up under stage lighting where the projector washed out.
Our reps are based on the Island and come out to walk the room. The survey sizes the wall, our crew hangs and wires it, structure stays with a licensed contractor, and your team learns the system at handoff.
How it goes
Wall size, viewing distance, and mounting, sized on the calculator and confirmed on site.
Cabinets go on rails or a frame, leveled and locked, with structure by a licensed contractor where needed.
Power, data, processor, and a full pixel-map test before anyone sees content.
Your team learns the system at handoff, and our support line stays open after.
Questions we get
Do you have someone on Long Island?
Yes. Two of our reps are based on the Island and handle site visits across Nassau and Suffolk.
Do you install in catering halls and churches?
Yes. Both are common for us, and our crew works around the venue's event calendar.
Can we start with posters and grow into a wall?
Yes. Freestanding posters are the fast first step, and they lock together into a wall or stand beside a permanent one later.
What does a wall cost?
The calculator on this site gives a range from your wall size and viewing distance, and we follow with a real quote after a site visit.
How much, and how soon?
Tell us how many, where it is going, and when you need it. We come back with a package price and a delivery date.
