Event decor has gone from printed foam board to something that moves. A six-foot LED poster at the entrance plays the couple's names over video, then the seating chart, then a photo loop at dinner, and the planner changes it from a phone without touching the unit. Because it rolls on its own base and runs off one outlet, it goes wherever the room needs it between the ceremony and the reception.
Planners and venues that host events every weekend usually buy. A single unit pays for itself against a season of printed signage, and a fleet of four does double duty as standalone posters for cocktail hour and one wide wall behind the band or DJ later. The units detect each other and scale one image across the group, so the transition is a matter of rolling them together.
For a one-off event, we rent the same units with our own crew from 4Life Entertainment, the production company behind Outside the Box, and we can add the rest of the show around them: lighting, audio, and a larger video wall when the room calls for it.

Questions we get
Can we rent instead of buy?
Yes. Our production crew rents and staffs the same units for one-off events across the NYC metro and New England, and we quote both options so you can compare.
Who changes the content during the event?
The planner or the DJ, from the phone app. Content can also be scheduled ahead of time so the unit changes on its own.
Can the guests' photos go on screen live?
A laptop plugs into the HDMI input, so a live slideshow, a camera feed, or a photo-booth output can run on the wall.
How big can the wall get?
Six units make a wall over twelve feet wide and six feet tall on wheels and wall power. For anything larger we build a proper video wall.
